Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 680k account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If 680k identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 680k account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 680k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 680k immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
680k is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
680k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 680k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your 680k account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 680k aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed on the same business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
680k reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 680k account.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the 680k Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 680k does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

680k reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced or concluded; (b) the odds or game parameters were displayed in error; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, fraud, or other prohibited conduct; or (d) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or the display of incorrect odds or game information, 680k reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 680k will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the 680k Platform. The minimum bet across most markets is ₱5. Maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and player account status. 680k reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 680k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all bets and winnings, and the forfeiture of any account balance, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to 680k:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 680k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.
680k's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 680k account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 680k's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 680k makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
680k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 680k will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 680k Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
